高歌提高曲，盛世荡欢声。

To open new calendar on New Year's Day,

I heartily enjoy the bright scenery.

As poetic rhyme floating in clouds,

I am reading books in my palm.

Slowly to spend nice time,

Leisurely to have good dreams.

To continue singing a song from heaven,

The most beautiful is natural sound.

Everyone happy on New Year's Day,

So bright the nation.

Plum blossom fragrance flying over the fields,

Lights shining all the cities.
