清明节用英语怎么表达？
首先我们要清楚的是：作为节日的清明节、和作为节气的清明节，它们的英文说法是不同的。
作为节日的清明节一样平常翻译为\"大众Tomb Sweeping festival\"大众或者\公众Tomb-sweeping Day\公众，扫墓节或扫墓日。这个翻译着重强调了清明节的主要习俗“扫墓”。这种说法的好处是，老外一听就能大概明白这个节日的背后含义。
也有人把清明节翻译为\公众All Souls'Day\"大众，这是一种站在对方文化角度考虑做出的翻译。由于\公众All Souls'Day\"大众在西方是确实存在的节日，一样平常称为“万灵日”。这是一个宗教节日，在有的教派里乃至不止一天。教会会在这一天为那些去世后无法进入天 堂的信徒祈祷，希望他们早日进入天国。其基本意义和清明节相似，也是祭奠去世者的节日。
其余再谈到作为节气的清明，它被译为\"大众Clear and Bright\"大众，清洁和通亮。我们也不难创造，这种译法强调的是清明时节的景象状况，和其他节气的翻译出发点同等。比如立夏被译为\"大众Summer begins\"大众、小寒、大寒分别被译为\"大众Slight cold\"大众和\"大众Great cold\"大众.

Spring outings not only add joy to life but also promote a healthy mind and body.
清明节外出踏青等活动不仅给生活增长了欢快，也促进了身心的康健。

The traditional Chinese medical theory believes that this period is the perfect time for people to absorb Yang Qi into human’s body. Everything which may consume or block one’s Yang Qi should be avoided. People are suggested to take more exercises such as jogging, gymnastics, hiking. Although the old custom of eating cold food is still popular in some areas, not everyone’s body is suitable for doing so, especially those who have weak stomach. People should eat more fruits and vegetables such as chives,Chinese cabbage and radish.
中国传统医学理论认为清明时节是人们吸取阳气的最佳机遇、该当要避免所有花费或阻挡体内阳气的事。建议人们多参与像慢跑、体操、徒步旅行这样的磨炼。只管吃冷食的就习俗在某些地方依旧盛行，但并不是每个人的身体都能适应，尤其是那些肠胃功能不好的人。该当多吃水果和蔬菜，如韭菜、大白菜、萝卜。
