背景及解析：这是《皇甫岳云溪杂题五首》之第五首。一池萍水，一株垂杨，本来平淡无奇，墨客却写得何等风趣，本来是静景，却处处在动，愈是动愈见其静。在这里，人、舟、水、萍、杨柳、东风和谐亲近地生活在了一起，王维的山水田园诗展现了人与自然的亲密和谐美，这也正是王维诗歌的一大特色。
